Don't go for dumb ganks, try to not waste your time. Farm up, you scale amazingly. Always go for the squishy targets/carries. Don't even bother fighting tanks early/mid. Your whole kit relies on outplays. Your early game is weak until you have your items.

Never listen to people, who say : lel, shaco didn't do anything in the early game.
Shacos early game is trash, that's the reason why you pick ignite on him.

Don't suck too much, it is pretty easy to win games with shaco, especially in low elo.
