I go by the name ELOSANTA and I have mained ADC since Season 3.

How to build Miss Fortune? The current best build as of me writing this guide is into but it might change in other patches! Lethality is very strong right now but it might not be later, so for the build and items refer to the top of the guide, since I will always keep that updated, instead of the whole guide itself.

Fourth Item Choice

is a very good item to pick up when you are extremely ahead to insert your leads into the game. If you are not ahead it's better to pick up as your fifth item, and take another lethality item as your fourth item.

is your general item to buy if game is going smooth, you aren't super ahead and don't want the domination from , if you are behind consider taking instead of as it will give you more survivability.

There are games where you might be too behind to get your core items, so you cannot build any defensive items, like or so opt out for taking as a safe defensive item.
