First of All
THIS IS OFF-META, OK!? I know Pyke is a bad jungle and solo laner, he has only one skill that do damage on jungle camps, he doesn't AOE damage, he doesn't scale health, he doesn't has sustain, he doesn't clean quickly.
BUT, I LOVE PYKE. And I wanted to play with him in other roles. So, I tested Pyke Jungle and Mid and the result was not bad if you play in this way I will show.

About Me
Hello, I’m Baion and this is my third guide on Mobafire! I have been playing since season 8 and have never been interested in playing ranked viciously. I am currently Gold IV on Soloq and Plat IV on Flex, and I have been playing Pyke on my ranked games, it is my main champ and it's the one I'm having more fun currently. So, I decided to make this guide to share my experiences with Pyke, the Drowned Bloodharbor Ripper. Feel free to make comments and sugestions!
Jungle Gameplay
Well, pyke is really bad at cleaning jungle camps until he finishes 
Tiamat. So, you will struggle to get level 3 and maybe your enemy jungler will be level 4 at this point.
To make it work, on level 2, you have to risk a mid or bot gank or, when the game starts, force a TF on level 1 invade.
If, your teammates aren't strong on very early game, don't worry. Because, on level 3, you can get a successfully gank. Your potential to get kills is amazing! Just think about the possibilities to get a kill before pathing to decide which lanes should you camp.
After level 3, the game starts. With high mobility, Pyke can camp multiple lanes. So, don't stop to farm, unless the enemy are 2/3 levels ahead. I know this is not smart, but you can give a impressive advantage to your teammates.
Don't focus on objectives until you have one lane fed!
Ward essencial locations to not get counter ganks or pick-offed.
And think about the way you should gank! Starting a gank on different locations or with different abilities might garanty an easy kill! Don't get limited by only ganking with charged Bone Skewer.
After getting a level gap, use your gold to buy Tiamat and easily farm with the stacked Legend: Alacrity until 6.
Then, start camping again.

Mid Gameplay
Pyke is a strong support assassin. But, on mid lane, he is hard to play, because the lane is smaller and the mid champions are annoying with their dashes and pokes. So, out of lane is where you shine, with your high mobility you can gank lanes and easily help your jungler.
Level 1, use your Phantom Undertow to get close to the enemy and get a good trade with your Hail of Blades. Don't worry about minion aggro, your stun will make it reset!
Before 6, farm safely or do aggresive plays, depending on the matchup. And, don't forget to help your jungler to get Rift Scuttler!
Level 6, try to roam or invade the enemy jungle to get kills and snowballing.
After 6, everything will depend on your macro gaming and your capacity of coming in and out of a team fight without dying.
Level 1, use your

Skill shot full combo: Charged Bone Skewer to gap close + Phantom Undertow to stun + 3 Auto Attacks + Death from Below
Prowler's full combo: Phantom Undertow + Prowler's Claw to gap close and stun + 1 Auto Attack + Bone Skewer to slow + 2 Auto Attacks + Death from Below
