ABOUT MORGANA
[*] MORGANA is a high damage utility support mage with the special ability to deny enemy Crowd Control while rooting enemies on the spot with her crowd control kit which is to Slow, Root and Stun.
[*] PROS!!
- Skill Immunity!

- Can select who she wants to grant Skill Immunity! (Must protecc)

- Can't Get Away.

- Can only target one Teammate with her shield
[*] MORGANA has big pick potential with her Dark Binding Ability, that is what makes her strong from the start! Her abilities have fairly good range, with a great amount of damage and her Black Shield Ability can deny enemies from using their CC Abilities if timed correctly.
[*] MORGANA is very squishy throughout the entire game and has low mobility which makes her quite easy to catch! Her cooldowns are also quite high, especially in early game, though it does get better *Building cooldown items also helps a ton!*. Her Black Shield Ability can only target one teammate at a time and it's cooldown is her second highest cooldown, so be sure to time you shield correctly!

[*] MANAFLOW BAND: Helps negate running out of MP in the laning phase so long as you aren't spamming abilities (make sure you have an opening, minions don't need to be rooted, lol!). It caps out at 250 to your maximum MP and extra MP regen. An absolute needed rune as you don't want to run out of MP due to poking down the enemy.
[*] Transcendce: Provides extra Ability Haste for MORGANA, as her Cooldown times are quite long! This Rune provides MORGANA a nice boost at LV 5, 8, AND 11 which you can reach pretty easily so long as you're laning with your ADC properly (Try not to get over confident! Stay with yourADC and don't over extend, remember MORGANA is quite squishy, and has little to no mobility! Try to build as many cool down items as it affects cooldown times and Active Items as well!)

[*] GATHERING STORM: Passive: Gain Adaptive Force every 10 minutes that caps out at 80 AP!
[*] SECONDARY RUNES:
[*] BISCUIT DELIVERY: PASSIVE: Over time a total of 3 Biscuits at 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00. These biscuits will restore MP with early game MP when consumed in lane, or you can sell them for 5 gold and permanently increase your maximum MP by 40!
[*] TRIPLE TONIC: PASSIVE: Gain elixirs at levels 3, 6 and 9! Each tonic helps during laning, Lv 3 Elixir grants you 5 bonus true damage against minions for 60 Seconds! (Auto attacking only!) Lv 6 Elixir grants 12 bonus AP for 60 Seconds! Lv 9 Elixir grants a free level and skill point!

[*] SCORCH: Is your best bet for MORGANA since she excels in laning phase with her high damage! It is applied by any ability and its best to pair it with your TORMENTED SHADOW Ability which is much easier to land then landing a DARK BINDING.

[*] CHEAP SHOT: Makes MORGANAS early kill potential and poke damage even stronger.
[*] ZOMBIE WARD: This rune helps you put with Zoning, Controlling Objectives as well as boots your ability to get early picks!
[*] Adaptive: Provides you 9 AP damage.
[*] Ability Haste: Provides you 9 Ability Haste (Cooldown times for Abilities and Active Items)!
