Like I said Kha'zix is a burst assassin so his passive gives him bonus damage and a little slow on his next basic attack. This effect refreshs everytime when the enemy can't see Kha'zix. That means you always should go to your brush on top and hide just for moment and your next basic attack deals bonus damage to your enemy.

Kha'Zix passively marks enemies that are isolated from nearby allies. Taste Their Fear deals physical damage to a single target. Damage increased on isolated targets. If he chooses to Evolve Enlarged Claws, damage to isolated targets increases dramatically. Kha'Zix also gains increased range on his basic attacks and Taste Their Fear.
Passive: Marks enemies who are isolated from nearby allies.
Active: Deals 70/100/130/160/190 (+1.5) physical damage.
If the target is isolated, the amount is increased to 100/145/190/235/280 (+2).
Evolved Enlarged Claws: Increases damage to isolated enemies by 12% of their missing health (max 200 vs. monsters). Increases the range of Taste Their Fear and Kha'Zix's basic attacks by 50.
Cost: 25 Mana
Range: 325

Kha'Zix fires exploding spikes that deal physical damage to all nearby enemies. Kha'Zix is healed if he is also within the explosion radius. If he chooses to Evolve Spike Racks, Void Spike fires three spikes in a cone. This effect consumes Unseen Threat to slow and damage all enemies struck.
Fires exploding spikes, dealing 75/115/155/195/235 (+0.9) physical damage to all nearby enemies. Heals Kha'Zix for 40/70/100/130/160 (+0.5) if he is within the explosion radius.
Evolved Spike Racks: Void Spike fires three spikes in a cone. Consumes Unseen Threat to slow and damage all enemies struck.
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana
Range: 1000

Kha'Zix leaps to an area, dealing phyisical damage upon landing. If he chooses to Evolve Wings, Leap's range increases dramatically. Also, on champion kill or assist, Leap's cooldown resets.
Leaps to a target area, dealing 65/100/135/170/205 (+0.8) physical damage.
Evolved Wings: Increases Leap's range. On champion kill or assist, Leap's cooldown resets.
Cost: 50 Mana
Range: 600

Each rank allows Kha'Zix to evolve one of his abilities, giving it a unique additional effect. When activated, Void Assault stealths Kha'Zix, triggers Unseen Threat, and increases Movement Speed. If he chooses to Evolve Active Camouflage, Void Assault can be cast three times and Kha'Zix takes reduced damage while in stealth.
Passive: Ranking up Void Assault allows Kha'Zix to evolve one of his abilities.
Active: Stealths for 1 second. Activates Unseen Threat and increases Kha'Zix's Movement Speed by 40%. Void Assault can be cast a second time within 10 seconds.
Evolved Active Camouflage: Void Assault can be cast three times. Kha'Zix takes 40% reduced damage while in stealth.
Cost: 100 Mana
Range: 0
First of all you can only evolve 3 of 4 abilties in one game, so you had to decide which ability you don't need. I will give you Pros/Cons about each ability:

+ huge burst damage
+ low cooldown

+ give you sustain in lane and teamfights
+ slows enemies
- mana costs

+ you can jump on the carry from a far distance
- your position is close enough for your gap

+ you can use the ability a third time
- the stealh is not that long
These facts are just my opinion, as a good player you should think about on your own which evolved abilites works with my playstyle.
If we all checked the upgrades than we should think about which we need. Q is probably the important to do a the highest burst damage with Kha'zix. W is really strong for your lane sustain and poking the team. E is such a huge gap closer, you can jump all over the teamfights right on the head of your carry and burst him down. R you get a third time +40% movementspeed and can charge forward to the carry, you can't even escape this charge with flash.
- Kha'zix need a lot of mana for his combo, so try to play some games with him and check how you can handle the mana costs and decide wisely if you poke him with your combo or just poking him with W.
- Kha'zix is no tank, he is an assassin and you should always think about the fact, that he is useless in the frontline, so gor for offensive Items and use his abilities to win every teamfight
- Always safe his E(

Overview: Cho is not that big deal but you should prepare dodge his Q skill all the time, otherwise it can be risky to play against.
Starting items: There a two ways to start against a chogath. On the one hand you can start with

Combo: harras him with as often as you can with your W + Q(+DON'T FORGET THE PASSIVE!) and keep him at 50% health. If you can push him under his own tower you only should dodge his Q (Throw up), because this ability is the initiate for the ganking jungler and you get killed safely.

Overview: If you have to fight against a good Darius player you have a huge problem and it's a hard time on lane, but with some tricks and good playstyle you can win.
Starting items: The best way to handle Darius is playing defensiv and try to refresh more health than his Q + Passive. So start with

Combo: You will never win the trade against Darius, when he grabs you with his E ability and do his Q + W combo you get a lot of damage, so try to stay away from him, let him push and try everytime hitting with W to get health back. When he catches you NEVER TURN BACK, you do your Q + W combo and jump away with E, after that you poke him with W and get back health. A good advice, try to be keep him low till lvl 6, than you have maybe a chance to kill him befire he gets enough health and extra damage on his ultimate.

Overview: Jax is a really strong pick at all and he can win his lane against Kha'zix, but with the right timing and a good item choice you can beat him.
Starting items: Against Jax I prefer

Combo: The hardest part against Jax is the combo. The important fact is to know: Jax win always the damage trade, when he hits his stun(E). So basically you should stay all the time out of his Q(jump) range and harras him with your W. When you get in his range you should always safe mana for your E ability to jump away from his stun. When you dogde his stun, turn back and hit him with Q and maybe with W (if the ability is up). With this moves you win every damage trade against Jax and beat him on lane.

Overview: Well, I often hear that Jayce is a good counter to Kha'zix, but I think the point to win in this situation is to handle better you mana costs than Jayce.
Starting items: You can start in 3 ways, the normal way is to start with

Combo: You doing the hole time your standard combo with Q + W and try to poke him with your W. Keep dodging his energy ball, otherwise you get poked.

Overview: Nasus need much farm and play very defensive in the hole laning phase but with Kha'zix it's a really easy job.
Starting items: You start basically with

Combo: You harras him with your W all the time and when you get in Q range do it. Check his mana and always try to go aggressive when he wants to use Q on a creep so he had to trade the damage on his Q on you and doesn't get stacks on his Q ability

Overview: This champion is really effective against Kha'zix. He is like Jax 2.0, but it's not impossible to win against Pantheon, because he got even harder job to handle his mana costs.
Starting items: You basically start really standard with

Combo: Poke him away with W as often he want's to go aggressive on you. Never try to start the damage trade because with his stun he will win, just wait till he charge to you and hit him with W before he lands his stun, after you can use your abilities hit him with Q and doing the same damage to him. Try to get more
