Really good build just put a phantom dancer in there

I think that u might have got some mistake at your guide ;)

normally i play very tanky with nasus, today i played with this kind of a build for to see what happens, damn nasus becomes immune to death during combats
+1 still works, i did a phantom instead of defensive items that was the only difference

Just tried this guide and won against a totally overfeeded enemy.

but it would be useful if u could update the mastery trees

Actually, I down vote this build. Maybe if it was in the humorous section I wouldn't but as a legitimate build, I cannot up vote this. Compared more standard tanky builds, this is useless. You have very little survivability despite the lifesteal. You can easily be harassed away from the minions which means lifesteal will not help you. No farm, no win.
Sure, you are very powerful late game, but that doesn't matter because it'll be over before you get to the point in the game where you can actually be useful. I've tried the build, it can work, but against most players it won't. Sorry but, -1.

The only thing i would add to this item build is Tiamat..good for farming and teamfights when you ulti and you melt down everybody around you

Item slows dont stack with other item slows, but item slows and ability slows stack with each other just with diminishing values.
