How to have fun with katarina!
To have fun with a champ in general you just need to be feed or have a good build already. With Katarina (for me) is different! I just need a High AoE Build, Just like these. with these builds made by me at 3 am because i wasn't doing anything, you could have fun!
Katarina with Kraken Slayer?
Yes, when i was casually trying mythics on her, i just found out that Kraken Slayer's Passive works with almost everything on Katarina, let me explain. first of all if you pay attention at her abilities you can read "On-Hit Effects Applied" on passive, E and Ult. These 3 are the most important; the Build with kraken slayer are basically Full AD and procs well with Guinsoo Rageblade, Infact if you buy items with a crit percentage you can add damage at your abilities. This thanks to the passive that says "it doesn't apply Crit Hits".
Katarina with Sunfire Aegis?
Yeah sounds strange at first but it's the same as the Kraken Slayer. The passives allows you to apply On-Hit Effects but not Crit Hits, so you can easily build her with some High AoE Items such as Sunfire Aegis and Titanic Hydra. These 2 items are the real core of this build because when you use the E on daggers, E alone and Ult your Sunfire Aegis Stacks increases, and at a certain number of stacks it will emits flames in a circle that deal damage based on your max like. So adding a titanic hydra that adds damage for the same conditions + more Health is the best thing you can do. You could add a Demonic Embrace just for more health, damage and a little Tank Melting. For the other items just try to buy the ones with bonus HP, Bonus AD or Bonus AP. So this is a Hybrid build, depends on what you build.
