You will want to get as many kilsl as possible on nun early to builsd into Spirit of the spectral wraith. When you have this you're pretty much a beast and can run around town to e ppl.
JUNGLING
GANKING=KILLS=FRIENDS
Basically, if you don't gank you are a scumbag. It's not that you HAVE to gank but it secures the win. If top is overextended and its not a tanky champ like shen you pretty much get a kill. If they continue overextending keep on going top until your top laner is so fed he is as fat as gragas.
REMEMBER OTHER LANES!
Even though imo this is a good tactic you also have to look after mid and bot lane too. Sure, i wouldn't mind a kill on the enemy lux to make her be basically nothing against our karthus with a kill.
Other than that i start blue buff, go on to finish red buff then gank either mid or top(Preferably mid). I will choose the lane that is the most overextended one.
