Champion Build Guide
Chatper 1: Norse Kneedalee
Okay so actually getting mildly serious.
Hi, I'm Winter, a lowly support main with a disgusting affinity for the worst build ideas on earth.
This one is pretty good tho. Used properly, nidalee's E is one of the single strongest heals in the game.
I'm not going to take the time to explain how to play nid, because i really have no idea, i just do it. Throw spears to poke in lane, provided you act like a proper assassin and don't die, the AP scaling from medjais will be all the power you need.
The huge perk from this build comes from your two core items: DOUBLE CUPS.
Crucible: Grants some stats that dont matter AND +20% HEAL AND SHIELD POWER.
Grail: Grants some stats that don't matter AND THE UNIQUE PASSIVE ENHANCES YOUR HEALS BY A *F U C K L O A D*.
all in all this strat isn't all that divorced from standard AP Nid, except that you're focusing on healing.
Play well and may this build save your ADC a thousand times.

Chapper Twop: Tekneecks
So in terms of gameplay, you'll want to focus on two major things: Spears and Heals.
being a support, a lot of early game is just going to be poking the enemy with spears, maintaining your distance, and healing up your adc. the trick here is that if you keep the adc healed up and keep the enemy away from them with spears, they can farm much safer and much more effectively than the enemy adc. additionally, if your adc gets free HP from you, no matter how much damage they take, they wont have to back unless they're getting important items.
Once you have your traps, keep them set around river and in the alcove. the former will increase your awareness of incoming ganks, and let you get off an R>W>E>Q combo onto the enemy jungler if they come in low. remember tho, you're not a typical nidalee, you can't survive a fight against a full health opponent.
your goal is to zone and heal in lane, racking up dark seal stacks until you have enough AP to start getting marked kills on people, but don't go for it until you start seeing good heals coming from your E.
Mid and late game are where things change up a bit for your heal. with grail, you'll get the most out of E when you stack damage into its passive, so youll want to be gracefully spearing and R>W>E>Q comboing in and out of teamfights as often(but safely) as possible, stacking the grail passive in order to save low health teammates.
[PROTIP: Nidalee's E heals for more hp the lower the current hp of the target, so instead of capping off your tank's HP, save your almost dead assassin with a 500hp buff!]
