By having Phase Rush it will help you escape early game ganks and increase your survival.
It is also good for team fights mid/late game and it can the MS will help you spread your poison more easily, and then help you run from the fight when you get low.
Since it has a 15 sec cool down, it also works well with Warmog's, since right after you have been fully healed from Warmog's Phase rush will already be back up.
