Champion Build Guide
1. Known facts
In this guide, I take into account you know varus' basic abilities, his passive and how his resets work, if you don't look up the abilities and read them in depth. You should also know Varus is a scaler, which means some lanes are unwinnable depending on enemy adc/supp combo and your supp, hence why the threat scale. But on all these hard matchups, varus outscales and out teamfights which is why it's important to survive this laning phase.
2. Varus Mechanics
I think everyone knows varus doesn't have a lot of hidden complicated mechanics like other champs do. The only ones you should really practice are his ult-flash combo and his q-w timing.
For the ult-flash combo, you want to do this order as it is really quicker than doing flash-ult and way more unexpected. Wherever you flash, the ult will go towards the inital position of your mouse when you clicked ult. Which means you can completely change the direction of your ult by flashing and even doing a backwards ult if you flash further away than your cursor was for the ult.
For the q-w timing, there is less said, mostly just practice q and then w while your q is charging. There is only a slight interval in which you can do this and the reason you want to do this is because W has a huge cooldown so you want to be sure to want to use it when you do

3. Combo guide
The most important Varus mechanic to play him good is his combo and ability ordering. His 1v1 most usefull combo is auto attacking first then ulting, then max charging q-w and then AA-e. This makes perfect use of his cd reset and his damage output, you can also do 3 auto-attacks before e but it's riskier. Another option is to start with ult, because of its longer range but ult actually procs W stacks so if you can basic first, it resets cooldowns and does more damage.
