This dude ugh, his camo is basicaly a better version of your W. How thats balanced i dont know but whatever. Dont let him scale or hell become Pyke but better AND ranged. For the love of god dont feed him. Also hitting an ult on him is pretty damn hard so just either time it well or dont ult him at all.

Neeko adc is often unheard of but i find it works really well if you work well together. Her root is great for you to pull and e. She can then ult for a total of like 7 seconds of stun. Now if thats ot appealing i dont know what is.
