Hello guys im LeZEDary and this is my complete guide for Lissandra.
I am a Lissandra otp myself , reached top10 rank EUNE and top 30 World.
For this season ,based on the games i have played i have come down to this build as the most effective one to use if u want to make the most out of this champion.
It certainly takes a few games to get the hang of Lissandra's abilities but i have high hopes that once u are past 20-25 games you will be able to acknowledge the basics on how to correctly play the champion!

THESE ARE MY MOST VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS FOR LISSANDRA THE ICE WITCH

Lets keep it simple and make it quick!!
FLASH should be used aggresively for teamfights after engage with E---Best times of the game to use Flash are at min 4-9-14-19-25 FOR BARON FIGHT AND DRAKE 5v5
Lissandra has good wave management so take advantage of it by poking early with ur Q.
It may seem that Lissandra has strong kit but its not simple as that..U lose vs most champs in the game early cuz of low damage output and long cd on E, thats why poking early , farming and playing safe is the wisest choice.
I highly recommend you, every game,to ward enemy raptors after taking first wave so you have awareness of where enemy jg is and also to let your jungle know.
Wait for Jungle to gank, best at lvl 3 with ur E and level 6.You are the strongest then.
If u play IGNITE maybe u can get early kill at level 2 by poking ur enemy early , pushing wave under turret , warding enemy raptors and flashing under turret ,then w on the enemy, autoattack, Q , then autoattack again and ignite.You may also need to use ur E on the enemy for some extra dmg.DO IT FAST!
Lissandra forgives mistakes cuz of her build and kit,that offers her great survivability due to her R or escape with E, and her massive AOE dmg and cc makes her an insane teamfight champ.
You are the shot-caller so u need to call the fights based on ur abilities.Helping jungler with objectives and assisting in taking down the first scuttle crab at the start of the game is always recommended.Best is to keep ur Flash for 5v5 and let ur team know.TEAM I GOT FLASH WE WIN HERE!
You are the game changer so even if your team is losing its on u to do a comeback.YOU GOT THIS!
Roaming bot level 6 with FLASH AND R UP to kill enemy adc or even double is insanely good.
With some games on Lissandra you will be able to do all these naturally so dont give up early.
I would also suggest setting a specific key bind for self cast R (for me its a side button on my mouse ) so u can cast R on urself faster,simpler,and more precise if ur in a big teamfight instead of accidentally R on someone else , or the reverse.

Summarizing, Lissandra's greatest strengths are her engage with E and Flash and her viability in 5v5 teamfights which you are responsible to lead.
