hello and welcome to my Rumble build. I really like playing Rumble and you´re reading this so i think you like him too. this is my first build so im kinda noob ;3. i hope you will enjoy this build i like it very much myself and i hope you do too. lets get to rumble: Rumble is a very strong champion and not many knows him so many dont knows how to counter him. i think he´s a very good champion he has a high cc and not long cooldown and in my opinion he´s the best champ in teamfights. he is a little hard too master but when you kows how to play him you´re almost get fed in every game. this was my last score as Rumble :(i have problems with this pic my freinds told me they cant see it but i can see the pic but its my match history telling: 21 11 8) my standard score as Rumble as i said when you master him you´re gonna get fed almost any game but lets move on to the next shall we ;3

lets talk about Flamespitter flamespitter is a very good Q becouse:
1. it can hit multiple targets
2. you can use basic and other magic at the same time
3 very low cooldown.
now lets talk about it´s combo´s and how good it is. i use this ability as a poke when i combine it with my Scrap Shield when i do this i can come closer toTHE ENEMY and take lesser damage if he fights back i keep doing this to they have like half health and then i prop my ult The Equalizer for the cc i also use flamesplitter to secure the kill.
this spell is a really good teamfight spell you can damage all 5 at a time and again really good combo with The Equalizer

next we have Scrap Shield this spell is good becouse:
1. it´s give a movement speed bonus thats easy to flight with or chase other enemys with
2. if you max this spell as nr 2 as i do sometimes it can easy counter Ignite
3. IT´S A SHIELD GOD DAMMIT ITS OP!!!
combo´s: i use this shield to counter damage over time spells like teemos Toxic Shot or singeds poisen trail
its very helpfull if the enemy has low health and not in range

then its Electro-Harpoon it´s good becouse:
1. ok cc and can be fired 2 times with same damage
2. good poke when you have Liandry's Torment
3 super to chase with
combo´s: i use this mostly to poke them down so i can take them out it´s also a good combo with Scrap Shield both if you chase or flight

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration i cant say much about it´s just perfect

Greater Seal of Armor this is just so perfect as a top becouse many top are AD

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist i tink this is cool becouse its good against ap i think you can switch the out with Greater Glyph of Ability Power but if you´re comming against a strong early game AP you have no defense but alot of early damage

Greater Quintessence of Ability Power is good at early game damage somebody switches this out with Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed but i dont think it´s very good

who you shall pick

becouse everybody hates teemo and he dont got the longest range so rumble is the perfect counter
