BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH nerf sett. i legit never win vs him. he outdamages you all stages of the game so the only real chances you have is ult snipes. farm under tower, dont even get near him, beg that your jungler doesnt give him kills. NEVR LEAVE LANE UNLESS SOMEONE COVERS FOR YOU. HIS Q DAMAGE AND DEMOILISH IS NASTY AND I FEEL AS IF HE SPLIT PUSH A LITTLE TOO WELL.

past lvl 4 you can beat him hard. he has no sustain and if you get him with the big heat he just kinda.... also he can never get out of your ult. hes so tiny and slow. just half health him and ult and boom. kill. hes honestly not even that annoying, you can even buy the mr boots if you dont care for him. at some point it just becomes a "how fast can we clear the wave with our aoe abilities" contest and as long as you manage heat well hes perma under tower update: if the teemo is a little smart you could be in trouble. he can screw you up with good blinds so always prioritize poking him with e, letting him blind you, and then empower qing the wave. he has practically no followup when the q is on cooldown.

hypothetically a hard matchup but being realistic you just play around her passive and you can at least save yourself the laning phase. her all ins are really good so just give yourself some space and poke with E.

BRAINDEAD you will never kill him unless he is stupid, he will not falter, his silence counters literally anything you try to do, you can't hard push under tower, you cant freeze, you can't ult him because he will click q and just run away (same with your e) you can't poke because he can just spin away, you can't farm because hes always in your goddamn face, and the end. moral: play super safe and probably build burn items and anti heal. i just realized what this mans abilities actually do at its infuriating.
