Champion Build Guide
Who am I?
I've been playing Hecarim since S7 and still play him to this day. Hecarim was the first serious main I ever took up. I ended up getting M7 on him fairly quick. After a while I got bored and moved on to Kha'Zix and got M7 with him. However, I am Back and ready to spread terror around the rift.
Why this Build?
This is a tribute to the original creator of the build KGBTV. The build honestly still works great in S9. However, the Shockmaster Hecarim is kind of a troll build so Build it at your own wish.
