Hello and welcome to my Xayah guide, I've been playing Xayah since she was released and have learned a few tricks with her. Xayah is a strong ADC that can CC and do a decent amount of damage, she also has a great team fighting and escape ult.

Xayah is one of the more fun ADC's in League of Legends, her main gimick is her ability to throw out feathers that she has to micro manage to deal damage her Bladecaller

Pros + Ranged Champion + Powerful champion with CC and high damage + Simple to farm with and has decent wave clear + Amazing escape/damage ult

Cons - Easy to counter - Not hard to dodge her root - Very squishy - Late game isn't extremely strong.

• Clean Cuts: This passive allows Xayah to place extra feathers and is usually best used after activating your W ability Deadly Plumage This passive activates automatically after using an ability, 3 Of Xayah's basic attacks will cause a feather to penetrate all enemies in its path and stop at Xayah's max range, these feathers can be later used to activate your e Bladecaller.
  These feathers disappear after 6 Seconds and it never hurts to go for some poke with a root
  
  
• Double Daggers (Q): This ability is your starting damage and mini level 1 Clear ability, once activated there is a very brief summon time when xayah finishes her summon she sends out two fast moving feathers each damaging and penetrating targets, the feathers deal 50% Less damage to targets after hitting at least one enemy, both feathers stop moving at Xayah's max range and can be used by Bladecaller
  
• Deadly Plumage (W): This ability should be used to activate your passive and to take down towers quickly, once activated Xayah gains attack speed for 4 Seconds, the attack speed gained scales with ability level (30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%) She also gains 20% bonus physical damage against her target and granting 30% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds against champion. This abilities extra damage on a target is very high and could be compared to Ashe's Ranger's Focus
  
• Bladecaller (E): This ability is basically Xayah's most important ability, upon activating Xayah recalls all feathers back to her, flying from their position and penetrating and damaging enemies. Enemies struck by 3 Recalling feathers are root temporarily rendering them immobile for 1 Second, if an enemy is hit by multiple feathers each feather does 10% Less.
  
• Featherstorm (R): When activated Xayah becomes untargetable for 1.5 Seconds, she is still mobile however. After a brief charge up time she releases a 5 Feather volley in a cone target in front of her, enemies hit take damage as if each feather is a normal feather from Double Daggers After Xayah is out of her untargetable state she can use her Bladecaller To recall all the daggers also damaging enemies and if 3 Of them hit enemies they will be rooted like a normal feather recall.

Flash: If you play League of Legends often this should be obvious to take this, its a get out of jail free card and it can help you secure a kill.

Heal: Heal is essential on most ADCs, if you decide not to take it make sure your support does, you can use heal to gain movement speed if needed.

Team fighting with Xayah isn't too hard, all you have to do is sit back and poke with your Q and W until you have enough feathers down to root multiple enemies that are bunched up, you can also use your Ultimate to engage if your team won't do it, your ult is also a good ability to set up for other ults such as Orianna's Command: Shockwave

Sitting back and poking with your w is good for your team because you don't have to be in melee range to help and you can also send in feathers without having to exhaust your Q when it isn't needed.

In conclusion Xayah Is a useful champion for her team and for laning phase, her ability to push towers hard and to CC multiple enemies for a decent duration is very useful during teamfights, not only is she slippery but she is a high damaging 1v2 Play making champion.

Currently Xayah Is one of my top tier champions for botlane and I don't doubt that she is for many others, her biggest threat currently being Draven Because of his disgusting damage she can still duel him late or early game with or without support.
