Pros

-Most Mobile ADC
-One Hell of a Ulti
-Useful skills which gives you a lot of burst damage



Cons

-One of the most squashy ADC's
-He is not so weak in Early but, not not strong too. So, dont expect and chase early kills.
-Strong but perishable combos and ulti.
-No CC.

Classic AD runes is good for him.

Classic 23-0-7 with a little difference; Cd instead of AS.

1-Why Ionian Boots(Furor); With BoRK and PD you'r gonna have attack speed which you need. Lucian must have CD. Furor gives

2-Why BoRK; This is our lead core item. We buy it first cause it gaves our first needs AS,LS,AD. Hell of a Useful passive and active. There's no much to say.

3-Why Trinity Force; Like BoRK it gives you your general needs; AD,AS,Crit,HP,MP,Speed. But the real answer for why is items passives. New Passive Rage is makes more mobile and Spellblade gives you more skill based damage.

4-Why Black Cleaver(instead of Last Whisper); We need Armor Pen. now cause enemy players will build armor in this phase. Last Whisper is generally taken for Armor Pen. cause its cheap and gives directly %35 pen But we'r gonna take Black Cleaver instead of that cause, it gives CD(which is so important), a little HP, and more AD.

5-Why Infinity Edge; Gives 70 AD and %25 Crit and the passive.

6-Why Phantom Dancer; AS and Crit again.

As a summary;

We Have %30 CD(with mastery), 180 Bonus AD, %120 Bonus AS(Gives you hell of a ulti damage), %65 Crit, %25 Armor Pen.(max.), 30 AP (W takes %90 AP and ulti takes %40 AP),
450 bonus HP, 200 Bonus Mana and %13 Speed in stats.

-Lucian needs offensive supports with crowd control

1-Thresh; Maybe archenemy in the lore but Thresh is one of our best friends in the game. :).

-Lucian can easily get rid of slow.
