The reasons of taking my Runes
Conqueror or Fleet Footwork
Most players in high elo uses 
Fleet Footwork, but if you are laning against tankier champs you can go Conqueror if you want .
IMO I think Fleet Footwork is better than Conqueror in most matchup as I can proc Fleet Footwork more times than I can proc Conqueror during skirmishes or teamfights.

My Builds
All the builds and the Runes I take when using them.
1.The basic build (You can use all the runes that are showed in the Guide)
2.Omnivamp Build (You can use this build with Fleet Footwork, Electrocute,
Dark Harvest but it works the best with Conqueror)
3.The Tank Build (You can use this build with Conqueror, Fleet Footwork ,
but it works the best with Grasp of the Undying)
4.AD Build (You can use every rune for this build but it works the best with
Conqueror)

Why I go AD Akali In the Top Lane
With this build it is important to rush Nahsor's tooth to get the early on hit effect then you can build Galeforce for the extra mobility for Gap closing instead of you using your E Shuriken Flip for as your long range gap closer, after than you can go for blade of the ruin king or if you are against tanks you can choose to go Black Cleaver as your 3 item, after that you can choose between going Guardian Angel or Zhonya's Hourglass for your final item.
