Swain is the AP Samira that wants to go in on every single CC that lands as he can provide even more CC and throw his whole kit in multiple rotations in a short fight, because of his low CD on Q.

Swain is very weak the first 3 lvls. Avoid taking too much damage the first couple of waves and sacrifice cs for XP if needed.
