Interesting options, I'm especially intrigued by the AP build. Have you considered trying to stack more MP with those ap items, since you did mention that (obviously) the enemy will stack MR to counter it?

Yes I have. While magic pen. certainly helps, I'd still stay that fighting an enemy with both anti-heal and MR is where you might find it to be somewhat more challenging. That being said though, no amount of MR and anti-heal will be able to stop AP WW from healing for crazy amounts, it will just be slightly less healing than if you were fighting an enemy with no resistances of course.
