Hello, my name is Benjamin Lu. This is my first guide, so do make sure to leave some feedback in the comments. I enjoy playing Twitch ADC and Jungle in ranked Solo Queue. Hopefully this guide will help you learn something about Twitch and climb the ranked ladder!

Pros: Twitch has the potential to carry games due to his kit being centered around dealing damage with Spray and Pray, and is also not bad in lane, due to his e Contaminate.

Cons: Being an adc, Twitch is very weak against burst damage, and also is very vunerable once out of Ambush.

For twitch the most reliable summoner spell is Press the Attack because of how consistent the damage is, and how it helps your team also do damage in fights. Also possible is Lethal Tempo, but this is a little more risky. With Lethal Tempo Twitch could possibly do more damage, but the drawback is you need to wait the 1.5 seconds it takes for the attack speed to kick in. Additionally, Twitch will not be able to help his team do more damage to the target, so taking Lethal Tempo may increase your personal damage, but may lower the total damage that the target would take.

As for Summoner Spells, Flash is by far the best summoner spell in the game, and almost every champion runs it. Heal is very good for laning phase, due to how you can also heal an ally close to you after saving yourself. If you have a support that happens to take heal such as Soraka then it may good to take Barrier instead due to the reduced healing when 2 heals are used in rapid succession.

Twitch is not a bad lane partner overall. He does well with almost any support that builds ardent censor, such as Lulu. He also does well with heavy cc champions, such as Leona or Nautilus.

Twitch does have a few counters, mainly being assassins such as Zed. To play around this you can wait in teamfights with Ambush for the assassin to waste burst damage on one of you're teammates then open up with Spray and Pray. Additionally Twitch is fairly weak against a few champions in lane such as Blitzcrank, Draven, and Leona. These champions all have very high cc or damage and have the ability to catch you off guard. After being cced by Leona for example, you will struggle to return all the damage the enemy adc has done to you.

As ADC Twitch you will want to build Blade of the Ruined King as it will help you with lane sustain, kite, and shredding tanks. This item is an absolute must and should be build first with the exception of boots. Additionally you will want to buy a Runaan's Hurricane as this combos very well with Spray and Pray in teamfights. After these, you will want to get boots if you have not already gotten them. Berserker's Greaves is the best choice most of the time, however you can also get Ninja Tabi if the enemy is all ad or Mercury's Treads if they enemy has a lot of cc.

After these 3 core items are completed, you will want to build Infinity Edge because of how it will amplify your crit damage as well as giving a good amount of attack damage.

The rest of your build is entirely situational. Against champions that have relatively low health, you will probably want to go for a stattik shiv due it's extra burst damage, attack speed, and critical strike chance. Against champions like Soraka you will want to build Executioner's Calling or even complete it into a Mortal Reminder before continuing with your build.
