Welcome to this Aphelios Guide by a man who thought he was going to one trick viktor but one tricks Aphelios instead!
This champ is so much fun to play. This is the best adc in close combat, he scales incredibly well, he cannot be mastered so easily so there is a lot you can improve on always. If you want to learn about mechanics, I recommend CookieLoL's Guide.
I just wanted to say my opionion on Aphelios rn as I believe this to be the greater low elo build at least it worked better for me.
