I'd love to be able to help you but can you rephrase what you have said, I do not understand what you are asking. On the matter of blue, you always need help with your first camp (blue or red), irrespective you always start botside.

Thank you for taking your time to reply,what i was asking is when you first start a game you'll buy Hunter's Tailsman and Refillable potion so when will you use the Refillable potion is it after blue or groom wolfs ...
This is my question.
oh and if you don't mind i would like to see a gamplay of you playing evelynn that well answer it i think.

Ah ok, I understand what you are trying to say. Now I was under the impression that all Junglers just naturally buy refillable at the start of the game for early game and remove it later, but regardless, yes you do get refillable potion with your first item. However you should be taking Hunter's Machete here rather than Talisman. You want to use a refillable pot whenever you get below 2 thirds of your health so you can stay high, it isn't dependent on what camp you're at at the time.
On the matter of gameplay, my computer and internet are not currently able to handle recording and uploading gameplay, so that'll likely not be possible.
