Q then auto until you can Q again, then e in the enemies way of escaping so they get rooted and proceed to repeat the Q-auto combo. It is a hard to master combo, but is very rewarding when you pull it off. Just remember that if you miss your Q, your family is ashamed of you and you probably won't get dinner that night.
