Go Tanky build vs adc top, your goal is to farm, most times you can just take the wave and go proxy, if they have too much damage just skip the wave(no cannon) and proxy.
The phase rush build works very well vs melee champs that can kill you very fast, it helps you burst them and run away with minimal damage, but you still won't win most 1v1s, especially without ult
