This build relies on you actually being able to hit abilities while moving at the speed of light! If you like a fast gameplay style then this is the build for you.

Once you obtain the core items you should be able to outrun almost anything especially if you hit your Q or E.

Your main objective is to capture the eye of the enemy and be as annoying as possible by either slowly poking them down or having them focus you and you doding everything they throw at you.
