Hey Hay1tsme,

I see you have spent a lot of time in making this guide so helpful and detailed. It is very in-depth. Your guide is very useful. But i have one question:
- Is it good to take instead of ? Because I think that need some movment speed in order to get fast in the fight.

Heya! Sorry for the late reply, must have missed the notification.
As for your question, I don't think the damage you loose from not getting is worth the movement speed from because by the time teamfights break out, you likely already have something like or which would give you enough mobility, or in the case of Rylai's, movement-imparing abilities, that you don't need the speed. Plus, even if you don't have those items, and have CC built into them.
In conclusion, Rumble has enough CC in his kit and mobility from core items, that getting swifties would be a needless sacrifice of damage. Hope that helps, and have a wonderful day!
