I love off-meta supports, thanks for the guide! (I will try it ASAP).

JUST one question: What is your personal rune preference? like:"This is the rune page I use 99% of the time". or in which situations you would wear X or A page runes? Thanks in advance!.

So when I first made this build it was before the item and rune changes of Season 12. The Comet runes are the old ones I used. I am thinking that First Strike is going to be the new keystone, but I am testing it. I would try out all 4 rune pages and then see what you like. Resolve primary with Guardian is also something I have considered.

The newest runes and what I have theorycrafted are the 2 linked Inspiration trees, though.

I had begun playing Viktor Support with Imperial mandate and Summon Aery and almost everything described in this guide, and then I go look for Viktor Support guides and find this.
I love off-meta support guides, and this definitely is a good one.
