I will give you +Rep just for the effort making a new guide, but I disagree with your item build and these points:
* I dont think getting frozen heart is usefull, better stick with rylais scepter, it gives you lot of hp, ap and a random slow (which is nice because you dont have to).
* If you are planning in getting catalyst, get it asap because it will be a full heal/mana restore each time you lvl up. So if you can get it at lvl6 (best case in my experience if you kill minions + jungle + first kill) that will be much better than in lvl 12, better sustainability overall. Then you can promote it to ROA whenever you can, but catalyst must be even before the doran's rings.
* Im not a big fan of spell vamp, so consider adding Zhonia's or maybe Void Staff, it is your last item and prolly enemies are full of MR.
* If you want CDR, go for Morello's Evils Tome instead, it is cheap and adds nice stats.
All this comment is done from constructive mind, and trying to help your build, so best wishes to you :)
Cheers.
keep up the good work!
First of, your runes:
Mgp red are perfect, so are AP quints. But Ap blues and yellows are a waste of ip/rune slots.
I suggest using mana regen yellows and magic resistant blues. This will help you stay in lane longer and the enemy ap carrie will have a harder time killing you.
Remember, survive-ability and sustain is better than damage 99% of the time.
Next, you items:
Starting boots and 3 pots are a way better option than dorans ring.
A boots start provides more sustain and makes it easier to farm/dodge skill shots.
Guide formatting:
The guide needs some proper formatting. I suggest looking up JhoiJhoi´s guide to writing guides.
Other than that, this is a good start. I suggest working on it some more.
