General Description

In this tanky meta you may don't even burst a squishy target with letality. So i tried different builds. Choose and try your setup, comment your experience or opinion :D!
Talon doesn't have CC, shields or sustain so we have to do more damage oriented builds with resistances.
Why some bruiser items? easy, you keep doing your job killing APC or ADC and still helping your team. Guardian angel is super good for Talon playstale (condicioned by his ability kit)

When going Electrocute or Conqueror (build and runes)

When you can kill 2-3 targets (non tanks) go Electrocute If not go Conqueror
Also if you know enemy AP Carry builds HP items + Zhonya

Boots

Armor boots: Be more AD Tanky.
MR Boots: Be more AP Tanky + CC reduction.
Symbiotic Soles: If you don't want to go Yommu and choose be more gold efficient with other items you can choose this option to join team fight in a angle way to kill APC or ADC (Talon job). Also good recall timing.

Core Assasin Bruiser

Standard Core Assasin build, Hubris scales to late, sometimes it goes like 2 AD items. With this scaling you can do same damage while picking a tanky item for your build.
With this core items and electrocute you can oneshot squishy targets, pick bruiser items and do more in Team Fights.
Too much letality sometimes you can't even oneshot squishys and you die so fast in this tanky meta, that's why i tried and tested this builds

Core Conqueror Bruiser Stats efficient

Going Black Cleaver first let you get resistances fast and be more tanky while doing damage. Good for mid game objectives and better ganking bot or lane + enemy jungle encounters (2 or more enemies)
Also you getting 400 HP (2 procs of Eclipse shield), CDR, move speed, and shred armor not only for yourself helping allys to get kills.
Getting this HP with resistances from 2nd and 3rd item makes an efficient balance of damage, resistance and HP.

Standard Bruiser items combo

With this combo you get:
-90 AD
-350 HP
-110,5 MR (40 Maw + 45 Jak'sho) x 1,3 (30% additional MR)
-123,5 Armor (50 DD+ 45 Jak'sho) x 1,3 (30% additional Armor)
-30 CDR

VS Heavy AP Bruiser Items Combination > CC Clean

Good for clean a cc. When talon joins TF maybe you can't do your job as an assasin because of a stun for example

VS Heavy AP Bruiser Items Combination > Prevent beign bursted/h2]
Not much stun but they burst hard? Kaenic Rookern with 80 MR + 15% HP Magic shield is your solution

Heavy AD + Crits with Guardian Angel

2-3 enemies with crit? here's your solution.
30% crit damage reduction x3 enemies = 90% damage recieved in a TF
Don't know if it works against Shadowflame (AP item)

VS True damage

Consider Sterak for shielding a Darius R for example or non resistance damage

VS heavy CC

Mercury boots + Sterak 50-40% tenacity
