Tryndamere
Tryndamere will always prefer to split-push alone, while Tank-Teemo's build is much better suited for teamfights. This difference in playstyle can create a lack of synergy, as Tryndamere focuses on side-lane pressure, while Tank-Teemo excels at zoning and absorbing damage in team engagements.
Zac
Tank-Teemo creates a lot of map control with his mushrooms, but he lacks hard CC to lock down enemies. This makes junglers with strong engage or CC tools ideal teammates for him.
Zac has massive engage, is extremely tanky, and can perfectly follow up on Teemo’s mushrooms. Enemies who step on mushrooms get slowed, making it much easier for Zac to jump in and initiate fights.

Champion Build Guide
If you enjoy playing Teemo but want a more reliable and solid playstyle, the tank build is absolutely worth trying!
Teemo's Toxic Shot (E) allows him to deal damage over time, even when building tanky. Additionally, Noxious Trap (R) lets him control areas, punishing enemies even when they try to engage him. As a tank, he can place more mushrooms without fearing being one-shotted in teamfights.
Although Teemo is usually known as a split-pusher, the tank build makes him a more effective frontliner in teamfights. He can zone enemies with mushrooms, use Q to blind the enemy ADC, and absorb damage while his team cleans up.
One of Teemo’s biggest weaknesses has always been how easily he gets killed when engaged on. By building tanky, he can survive more all-ins and become a more reliable laner, ensuring he doesn’t become irrelevant after a bad start.
He can poke frequently in lane, allowing him to proc Heartsteel multiple times.
When building HP-based items, he becomes an incredibly tanky champion with high sustain.
It provides a large amount of bonus health over time, which synergizes with Overgrowth and Grasp of the Undying.
What Happens with 1000 Stacks?
Once you reach 1000 stacks on Heartsteel, you gain a massive amount of bonus health, which means:
You can stay in fights for a long time without dying.
Combined with Grasp of the Undying, each attack becomes even stronger.
You can absorb an enormous amount of damage in teamfights, making Teemo a true frontliner.
