Introduction

Hey there, this is my noobs and beginners guide to Teemo! If you have any comment be sure to write them.

Masteries and Rune

Seeing as we are all beginners here, i can assume that you are a low level. when you can, buy attack speed seals and ability power glyphs. masteries focus on attack speed and ability power for a advantage early game when you are your squishiest :P

Items

Runaan's Hurricane is what i build first, after you have it you can farm minions very efficiently.

Rabadon's Deathcap is next, try stay in lane until you have 1600g for the Needlessly Large Rod and then finish the item.

Nashor's Tooth is the next item, attack speed and ability power is a must for Teemo.

Now the next items are game dependant. if you feel in control you can go buy Rylai's Scepter for extra AP and health or if you feel to easily killeed, invest in a Guardian Angel for Magic resist and armor.

Skill Sequence

Generally max out E first as with the hurricane, all shots become poisoned. At the start i usually go E,W,Q. or E,Q,W. in either case you need to get w early so you can run away :D Max out Q second and R whenever you can.

Spells

I prefer Exhaust and Ignite to steal that final kill. Clarity can be very helpful too as you will constantly placing mushrooms everywhere sapping your mana.

Summary

With Teemo you need to be always on the move in your lane (either top or bottom, even mid if you are feeling confident) place your mushrooms in bushes and on the edge of lanes so that if you have to runaway, you can lure your enemy over a mushroom where minions wont hit it. Focus on farming for quite a while, at least until you get Rabadon because you are quite easy to kill without it.
