Hi guys! This is my first ever guide and I got my inspiration to do this after winning 10 straight annie games using this exact build. I didn't even have to change up my build. I don't know much about runes because I don't have enough IP to buy them, I just buy champs instead but look at other guides for that. I believe this is the absolute best annie build to be REALLY tanky and have the ability to 3 shot the enemy's squishy. Which i've done. Since this is my first guide I'm not really good at making guides so i'll just make this one chapter and I will update with pictures of my 10 straight wins. The last 4 of them was in ranked 3v3s. After I won 6 wins with Annie i was amazed by the build and started doing ranked and I won 4 of them straight which made me have the inspiration to make this guide. The strategy of annie is simple, get your passive up then flash ult them, then w then q,e. Your teammates should follow up with a wombo-combo which will scare them. One team I faced was a pantheon, daruis and jarven and they were tanky but with this build our team easily beat them. Please tell me what you think about this build if you tried it and comment! I will try to update this soon to give you my strategies during the game, but currently i do not have the time.

You will have at least 3.2k health, and a lot of ap still at lvl 18. Also with your e up you will have about 140 armor and 138 mr! Thats without runes though. The stats next to the picture ins't true at all!
