Good morning, or noon or evening, my name is fumpadumpus and I'm a brazilian noob LoL player, I started playing recently and i'm a mono kog m7 with 110,000 mastery, if you already are an ancient kog'maw master this guide might show you a new and fun way to play this champion, if you are new to the Mouth of Abyss I recommend Vapora's guide to start, this build is just for fun and giggles and isn't recommended to start off with. Saying it again, I'm a new player at League of Legends and most probably don't have the knowledge to make a guide, a just wanted to share this dumb idea I had with other people, so don't take anything I say here as the absolute truth or even a normal truth, just as an unfinished idea. Also sorry for my english I'm still learning so if there's any type of mistake it's because of that :).

With this build Kog'Maw becomes an early game bully with massive pokes at the enemy,so playing safe as you would normally do isn't going to work, you need to be little bit more aggresive and really break the enemy's knee at the early game.

Using normal adc kog items works, but lethality items is where my heart is at, starting with Youmuu's gives you an escape and engage option (something kog desperatly needs) and really is a great power spike, that combined with the Berserker Greaves makes your AA massive, to give you a little life steal Sanguine Blade is my favorite choice, specially because no one expects Sanguine Blade kog.

Start all your all-in engages with Q E W and focus your AA on the enemy that has been affected by all your abillities, in between AA when the enemy is at low health use your R to finish the job, you can also use your R to pick up running enemies and to scout bushes, just be careful of your low mana pool, especially because your AA wont do as much damage with your W not activated.
