This is a guide to the newly found "golden wonder build" for Jhin. Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the Jhinsoo Guide.
Hope y'all ADC mains like it, especially Jhin mains, and enjoy climbing out of elo hell with it.

Whisper - Passive ability, Jhin has 4 basic attacks,after these 4 attack he has to reload his gun for 2.5s . Jhin's 4th shot does a large amount of burst damage and also does critical damage so the damage is affected by Infinity Edge quite a bit but does reduced structure damage. Critical strikes do 25% reduced damage but grant movement speed based on Jhin's attack speed. Jhin also gains bonus AD from attack speed and critical chance,however Jhin has a fixed attack rate which does not increase.
Dancing Grenade - An ability with mixed scalings, AD and AP , which bounces from foe to foe , multiplying its damage by 35% for every target that it kill, to a maximum of 4 hits. This is generally used for wave control and pushing. Max this second for the wave clear later on in the game.
Deadly Flourish - Jhin and his allies mark the enemies ,when this ability hits it then roots the enemy champion. We're going to be maxing this first as the root duration increases with each rank.
Captive Audience - Spawns an invisible lotus trap which lasts 2 minutes and can be stored 2 at once. It has a mixed scaling of both AP and AD. When Jhin kills and enemy champion he spawns and detonates a lotus trap on that location. It also slows.
Curtain Call - 10s channel,it has 4 extremely long range skill shots, each shots stops on first champion hit and slows them as well. Each shot does increased damage based on percentage of missing health and the last shot crits.

Each of the runes and items synergize extremely well with Jhin's kit. Precision + Domination path give both AD and Attack speed which both increase Jhin's AD due to his passive Whisper. Lethal Tempo and Legend: Alacrity both do the same thing as Jhin's AD is increased by bonus attack speed. Rapid Firecannon and Guinsoo's Rageblade do the same thing, Guinsoo's Rageblade is a special case for Jhin as it also increases AD by +4% so your AD can hit some crazy high numbers with this.
Triumph gives us a nice gold bonus of 25g on takedowns which help us get to our core items faster and Coup de Grace is another damage booster to finish off low HP targets easily.
Cheap Shot has some really good synergy with Jhin's ability Deadly Flourish which roots our target. This rune allows us to do true damage to enemies with impaired movements or actions.
Last we have Ingenious Hunter which works well with our first item , Youmuu's Ghostblade which gives us damage and an active boost of movement speed; this rune adds item cooldown reduction on takedowns.
The more attack speed we buy , the faster we get and the more crit chance we get the harder we hit. Rapid Firecannon , Guinsoo's Rageblade , Infinity Edge and Essence Reaver fit these roles like none other. We have a couple situational items like Statikk Shiv , Guardian Angel and Death's Dance but generally this is the build you want to get as fast as possible.
We start Ancient Coin for mana regen early in lane and for extra gold income as this helps us get to our power spike faster and we don't need more AD on our starting item on Jhin. Refillable Potion is the potion you want as it's overall better for your gold income.
The reasoning behind the Guinsoo's Rageblade in this build is very simple. The stats work extremely well with Jhin's passive Whisper, the attack speed increase from Guinsoo's Rageblade also increases his AD and his movement speed when Jhin crits; the bonus +4% AD he gets can increase his attack damage in the later phases of the game to over 2000AD.
Mercurial Scimitar should replace Youmuu's Ghostblade in case the enemy team has a support with a lot of CC like Leona, Braum or even Sona.
