Hello!
I'm not great at English, so I apologise in advance if you find my writing rough. I hope you enjoy this Build.
Why Tahm Kench as a support?
He is brutal, while you're pretty weak prior level 4, you soon become a force to rekon with around 2 - 3 items.
His ultimate's damage is a great shutdown and peeling tool, whistlist having high damage on AA and Q, you can fight regardless of your level gap, and you can save any live you feel like saving.

A little note.
Try overextend while fighting.
Tahm Kench's damage is hightburst but only on a single target, you can't fight 2 dashing opponent, or 3 immobile champ at the sametime.
Or can you?
Your Q's slow guarantee a few AA, and you can burst them immidiately with some ap and ultimate.
You can be a 1 vs 1 stats checker demon. Or a powerful Artillery mage, push your limit!
