Introduction

For the skill sequence
Pick A Card should be the given the first skill point since it provides CC (A hard AoE slow and a single targeted stun) for lane harass and mana sustain for more mana, but
Pick A Card should not be maxed first despite the damage it adds to
Twisted Fate simply because it just doesn't scale as much for an ADC as
Stacked Deck would since [stacked deck]] provides extra AS on every skill point it's given. Even though
Wild Cards does almost enough damage as 1 normal auto attack, maxing out
Wild Cards last is what you should do as AD
Twisted Fate since they can be dodged easily, and you should never give any skill points to your
Wild Cards ability during the laning phase unless its necessary for you to use it in order to survive or use it as a poke to harass the opposing bot lane synergies, and if that is the case, I recommend you start a
Trinity Force as your first legendary item since it has a little magic scaling with base power added to your attack damage ,and try to go with late game build 1, but if there are any exceptions try to use late game build 2 or 3 (late game build 2 preffered).

Farming with ADC
Twisted Fate is great in lane because of the mana sustain provided by the blue card of
Pick A Card and the attack speed steroid given by the
Stacked Deck. When gold card from
Pick A Card is activated with the 4th stack of
Stacked Deck,
Twisted Fate will be given a large amount of extra magic burst which is great for farming and/or harassing the opposing laners.
Twisted Fate can use his
Wild Cards for a poke if necessary or his slow card that has an AoE can reach contact with multiple contacts, so it is good for killing large minion waves, and if there are large minion waves to kill,
Twisted Fate can catch up in items if behind with his passive
Loaded Dice which provides extra gold after a unit kill.
Twisted Fate can get normal sustain from large enemy minion waves if he is acquired with items that provide lifesteal such as
Blade of the Ruined King,
Bloodthirster,
Hextech Gunblade or even
Guinsoo's Rageblade for an edge of hybrid damage and extreme sustain. Farming can be quite easy if
Twisted Fate stands behind a tank support that can protect him from harm or
Zilean since he can revive
Twisted Fate back to life.
Twisted Fate can farm without trouble if the opposing laners don't enter the bush closest to him while he is farming. For
Twisted Fate, a lot of CS can make up for a deficit of kills and in late game that can do wonders for his team since
Twisted Fate's AD scales best late game. You do need skill as
Twisted Fate and any other ADC to have an adequate amount of farm that can do you good for the entire game.

Pros:
Twisted Fate can farm easily with his blue card, which provides extra magic damage, along with his
Stacked Deck after 4 stacks of normal auto attacks.
.
Twisted Fate gets extra gold with his passive
Loaded Dice
.
Twisted Fate does massive damage and can sustain extremely well with lifesteal as an ADC/marksman in playing in bottom lane.
.
Twisted Fate has amazing map control and is great at threatening single targeted champions alone, unless their a powerful mage or a melee fighter/tank.
.
Twisted Fate has an unstoppable late game, great against champions like
Tristana,
Varus,
Vayne and so on.
.
Twisted Fate has a little Attack Speed steroid provided by his E,a little magic burst that provides a better ability to farm since it adds more damage, is his
Stacked Deck ability.
.ADC
Twisted Fate has a good early, and a great late game, but mid game is when he begins to struggle the most, cause his burst really sucks against AP mid-game mages like
Fizz.
.
Twisted Fate has an incredible magic burst provided by his
Pick A Card and
Stacked Deck so just building armor against this meta wouldn't be enough to stop this ADC
Twisted Fate.
Cons:
.You need some type of skill with
Twisted Fate and you must know how to play the role of ADC separately in order to play this meta.
.
Twisted Fate has 2 abilities completely useless for an ADC.
.
Twisted Fate is much harder to master than the usual ADCs.
.
Twisted Fate has a shorter AA range than average Attack Damage Carry, which is probably the most popular reason he is a much more favored as an AP midlane Carry rather than a botlane ADC.
.
Twisted Fate's blue card and
Wild Cards are useless abilities in late game.
.
Twisted Fate's ult destiny is practically useless and has over a 2 minute CD.
.
Twisted Fate often works good with supports he can follow up on abilities, typically just tank supports with CC like
Leona and
Alistar.
.
Twisted Fate usually doesn't work very well with squishy supports such as
Sona.

Items are very essential for any champion in the game and in order for
Twisted Fate to work as a marksman, a required build is a necessity for progressing further into the game without implementing negativity if the player does not know what to build. Building
Blade of the Ruined King first helps increase the sustain he needs along with the attack speed, it also takes health by percentage if you're matched against tanks.
Bloodthirster is a great item against ADC's and squishy opponents that do high damage.
Bloodthirster is not the best item to start first, however if this is put into scenario, building
Rapid Firecannon would be most effective, since it increases the range of
Twisted Fate's stun from
Pick A Card, allowing him to subjugate a crowd control attack that does high damage, and makes it easier to kill off the opposing marksman without any further trouble.
Trinity Force provides higher damage with
Sheen's spellblade passive,
Phage's movement speed boost from Auto-attacks, and
Zeal's extra movement speed/critical strike chance.
Infinity Edge is great for dealing critical strike damage, as it makes crit damage go up to as much as 250% so it is a great fit for any ADC.
Youmuu's Ghostblade is a great item, its passive and active can help just about any champion that scales well off attack damage, and can be used to either hunt for a kill (You have
Destiny for that too, or to escape from enemies.
Last Whisper is a great item against tanks, it provides 30% armor penetration so if the enemy is building armor, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. The situational items are there if you're behind if the enemy teamcomp has too much CC.
