I feel like this guide is a nice jab to the meta game. Map hax is a hard thing to play around.

Twisted Fate gets plenty of cooldown reduction from masteries and
The only thing is I usually use exhaust and ghost though tele I sometimes take. But CV a taric or soraka always seems to take so meh
That's why you also have Teleport. And the use of Gate lets you take advantage of an enemy breaking away from their team and changing the tide into a 5v4 situation.
If your allies (grouped up) spot at enemy break off to the fog of war, that's the time to initiate a 4v4 fight.
Twisted Fate can then fun off, leap frog past the lone-hunter attempting to catch him, and join the fight with a Gold Card loaded and act as a clean up for what should be an even 4v4 fight and turn the tides.
Even with the range nerf, if your allies are roaming mid, it should not take more then 10 seconds or so walk down river without being intercepted by the enemy individual who chose to pursue you.
This is further secured by the fact you have [{Destiny]] on your side; and,
