I like your guide and I personally play ap lucian with pretty success as mid or sup, but I want to ask you some things that I believe ap luc should have, as you said you rely on one abillity except culling so I believe the final build must have 45% cdr, can you give me your thoughts about this one?

Does this still work i see its been a while and would it work in ranked?
If so what would be the normal build for full damage and 0 survivabilty just trying to do as much ability damage as possible.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but understand that AP Lucian in and of itself is not that innovative. Many other people(including me) have been playing AP Lucian since his release. This guide isn't my way of claiming that I'm the only one who has ever thought of it, it is my way of explaining how I play it. On the flip side, you should understand that you aren't the only person who has thought of this either; look at your guide and look at mine, just because you shoved a build on a page doesn't mean you are this crazy innovative person destined to be CLG's new analyst. Lastly, I have quite clearly put a lot more work into my build than you have into yours, which may be why my build has been getting more views and positive reflections in the same amount of time. So please take these things into account before you make even more fake accounts to leave negative comments on a guide just because you are feeling overly entitled to one very small portion of its contents.
