Hi, your build looks fine :) As Evelynn in urf I usually rush luden's echo with boots (Like you said). But after finishing those two, i get hextech revolver for some early spell wamp. This allows you to stay in lane longer and overall better survivability. Then i go zhonya's and rabadon's, and upgrade hextech only then finished all other items. Also i sometimes buy litch bane for better dueling.

As this is my first guide and I´m relatively new to Evelynn, I would highly appreciate some feedback on my build :).
I know, the "design" of my guide doesn´t look good. I have less time at the moment and will try to improve it.
Anyways, I hope you´ve got some nice games and wins in URF with my help ;).
