I know this is not the best stats but you know...
Runes:
Hail of Blade's-
-Hail of Blade's gives you attack speed and lifesteal from second runes but it's not that good.
Dark Harvest-
-Dark Harvest is good if you wanna do a great damage from etc. Q.
Lethal Tempo-
-Lethal tempo is best way but you must play Aatrox very well i suggest this rune only if you are not beginner on this champ.
Items:
Immortal Shieldbow-
-this is only good mythic item on lifesteal build cause this item gives you lifesteal, crit and shield.
Ravenous Hydra-
-this item is good cause gives you lifesteal (obviously) and give you a "bigger" attacks that work well with Q.
Bloodthirster-
-this is most picked item, on Aatrox cause this item gives you a lifesteal and crit that work well with Immortal Shieldbow.
Blade of the Ruined King-
--this item gives lifesteal and attack speed that work well with Hail of Blade's and Lethal Tempo.
Death's Dance-
-Death's Dance gives you a health regen which is good. :P
