Lulu let the adc survive the laning phase, sonce you cannot oneshot them through lulu e and r.
Braum
Same for Braum, because he blocks your r and e with his shield.
Samira
She can block your e and r, but if your support can engage first and cc her, you are fine.

Everything you can dream of.
Dmg, cc, engage.
Nautilus
Same as for Leona.
Sett
Very reliable engage with flash or hexflash > e. AD dmg, so they cannot stack mr. Good dmg.
Galio
Not ideal, because unreliable engage and enemies value mr more, then if playing against leona for example.
Pantheon
CC is a bit too short for you to followup. Otherwise very snowballheavy. Enemies cannot stack mr.
Swain
Too much ap, but good followup on your q>e. Good dmg.
Pyke
You need to take care of when you knockback enemies, because of Pyke r and e.
Thresh
More difficult to play than Leo or Naut. Less engage options. But a hook still means death for enemies.
Lux
All in dmg an poke dmg. Though enemies will stack mr and you are really vulnerable.
Maokai
All in, good poke to safely win an all in.
Rell
Low dmg and counterable engage. But if the engage hits, its good.
Alistar
Engage is a bit too short range. Ali r is kinda useless, because you do not need a supp who is alive. Instead you prefer a dead enemy.
Rakan
A bit too squishy.
Morgana
Lux in weak. Though, you are more safe. (But who wants to play safe??)
Senna
Senna has to play a lot better than as Naut or Leona.
Bard
Roams too much. AP dmg (so enemies can stack mr). Pre 6 very unreliable engage. After 6 fine, because you can lay your combo on enemies hit by bard ult.
Blitzcrank
Blitz in general is very situational. Additionally, he hooks enemies too close range, so your q>e combo is very hard to hit.
Brand
Too much ap. Enemies stack mr. very vulnerable.
Zyra
Too much ap, no oneshot, very vulnerable.
Seraphine
At least some kind of engage (r) and dmg.
Yuumi
Gives you extra ap, so you can oneshot. Good followup on your q>e with her r. Does not think she needs to peel you.
Zilean
Very funny combo with Zilean q and Syndra w. Dmg is fine, movementspeed is also acceptable.
Karma
No reliable engage. AP dmg, so they stack mr. At least she got dmg.
Nami
The dmg of her e is nice, but you do not need the slow, since you cc them anyway. Close to no engage. Her cc chain (which only hits, if an enemy ints) and her dmg boost her to Tier 2.
Taric
E dmg is nice. Else is useless.
Sona
Until 6 on a stage with Janna. After that still bad.

You cannot make use of his passive. No engage. No way to kill enemies, unless they int. You do not need peel. You have an e.

No dmg, useless peel, useless ad on shield. Do not pick it with Syndra.

I think, I do not need to write the same for every enchanter.

You want to get early kills. Therefore, you want an engage supporter, who enables you to hit your spells and provides all-in dmg. If you got an early kill, you are always able to oneshot an enemy with lvl.6 and your support. For a solo oneshot you need at least Ludens or to be very fed early on. Lvl. 9 gives you a similar dmg boost.
You get outscaled by the most adc's in teamfights. You do not need peel, because once you did your combo, you are useless. Therefore, peeling you makes no sense.
When to pick
You want to pick Syndra, if you have at least two ad dmg dealer. Additionally, you need a dps champ, if they got more than one tank. Of course, your support has to pick a champ with a good synergy. If he goes for e.g. Janna, you do not pick Syndra no matter what.
How to play
Get early kills, so you can oneshot the enemies. If you are behind, you are a cc bot. Look for catches. You still oneshot adc's tho.
How to deal dmg
Standard dmg combo:
Prepare a sphere > W it > Q > E > W2 > R
you can also take minions for your W, but this means you have one sphere less for your R.
If enemies are in range of E, you can also E > Q instead of Q > E, which results in a quite longer cc and a safer hit for you stun.
For full dmg stack spheres, so you r deals more dmg. You can expand the duuration of ashere with W.
