How would you revise this guide in light of recent patches? I've noticed that taking dark seal and amplifying tome/codex first back gives me more dps for early ganks.

Just revised the guide - Not much has changed in playstyle.

Why do you learn W before E?

Not much difference in learning W or E second. E has a bit more damage but is better if you kite correctly, while W is better for staying healthy. Regardless of what you take the more important thing when using jungle champions who buy hunters talisman is just kiting your camps and utilizing the healing from the starter jungle item.

wouldnt hunters talisman be better than machete since taliyah uses a lot of mana? Also great guide, im glad somebody finally made an updated taly jungle guide

Yes absolutely correct! Hunters talisman is the best starting item for taliyah due to her heavy reliance on mana, but getting hunters machete or your stalkers blade on your first back is optimal. Hope that answered your question! :)
