Champion Build Guide
Why These Items?
Moonstone is the core of this build and will allow you to do a tremendous amount of healing to your teammates as well as boost the healing you yourself receive from your Q as well as lifestyle from you passive towards mid to late game.
Umbral Glaive will provide you with a tremendous amount of ward control which will help your team keep the enemy blinded and allow for better ganks objective controls, and make it much safer and easier for you to do so due to Senna's naturally slow attack speed.
Redemption gives you the ability to get some extra damage and healing in a team fight situation even if you aren't close by and can be a great thing when used in conjunction with your R, the healing can come down right after the shield from your R goes out making team-fights much easier for you to win.
Vigilant Wardstone will usually be your last item and gives a tremendous amount of stats for the low low price of only 1100 gold, and because the build is already dirt cheap you will have all other items built before you are even level 13 most times but if not, be sure to grab it the second you get to level 13. You now can have even greater map control as well as a boost to the scaling you get from your passive as well as gathering storm making you a very scary target in the mid to late game even though you only have one AD item.

The Runes and Why We use Them
You can swap out cut down for coup de grace depending on who you go up against, but I recommend keeping all the others unchanged for the best results.
Sumon aery will be procing on all your autos adding some damage to your hits as well as giving a shield to your allies when proceed by your Q, E, or even R as well as the lovely moonstone you will be buying. Do not underestimate this rune.
Manaflow Band is simply to give you some more mana to play with while in the lane.
Celerity gives you a great boost to speed from the speed you steal from opponents with your passive as well as when you want to engage or escape using your E. This rune has saved me many times from a terrifying Darius who just used Ghost.
Gathering Storm will be a big help to keeping your damage as high as possible in the late game.
Presence of mind for even better mana sustain throughout the lane is also very important to this build.

Thank you!
Just a simple thanks for checking out such a weird and as far as my games have gone, unseen build for this champ.
Please try out the build for yourself and let me know how it did for you or if there are any adjustments you found to make this crazy thing work even better for yourself.
