Introduction
This is my Vi guide which I would use to get to silver, maybe gold.

Blue side:
Red+smite > krugs > raptors > wolves > blue > gromp > scuttle+smite
Red side:
Blue+smite > gromp > wolves > raptors > red > krugs > scuttle+smite
Avoid a fight, Vi can only take a handful of champions at level 4. For instance, you can take Yi, you can't take Warwick.
