I don`t see reason to max out W cause the only thing it gives is gamage on it, wouldnt more logical be maxing out Q or E in order to at leasr get some CDR and effects except of just dealing more damage?

Yes, I agree and will correct it. I'll be honest, I messed up in my notes when coming up with this and mistook Es cooldown going down through leveling with W. This is on me, thank you for pointing it out
