Ideal build ! I will try it.

I just won two games with this build, did a few double/triple kills with my Ult and saved my team in a lot of teamfights. This guide is AWESOME! I'll post the pics from my victories later when I get home from work.

Just a note: Hemoplague doesn't increase damage to enemies by 18%, now it's 12% only, need an update! Congratulations on your guide btw!

I would add an optional Spirit Visage for survivability (Health Regen, CDR and Flat HP) if you need it only, but its actually an awesome build, thumbs up.

face rolled enemy team. i was literally smiling at the results. 12/3/4 match:victory. this should be rated higher than other builds. i mean this is the first game ive ever actually enjoyed playing vlad. norm its hard and no lie i do kill and become broken late game. but my presence in this game was terrifying. end of the game before they surrendered, i literally said this" look 2 free kills." next thing i know i flash over a wall hit e then w then q follow up with ignite and auto and instantly got a double. this guide/build made me giddier than a school girl . ty for sharing this with the community.
