Introduction
with vladimir you wanna play as selfish as possible, but that doesnt mean to not manage wave well so u can help in skirmishes, u wanna dominate lane well so the kill threat when ganked transforms to the jungler thats ganking you, or at least he leaves with low hp. it will help ur jungler's tempo a lot,for that you need good wave management.
Wave management by the blood Lord
vs melee : u dont wanna AA the wave as it comes, you let him come for cs then punish him, quick tip some melees have abilities to one shot the first three melee minions for that when the first wave comes, AA one caster behind once and go baack that will aggro the wave in a way that it'll be unsymetric, thats how your laner will need to take a lot of damage to cs, naturally in these type of lanes , you'll slow push anyways, you would want to crash second wave so it bounces for lots of melees have level 3 lead over you in trading, also dont farm with q unless u wanna heal a bit or he's playing ultra safe, u should be able to leave ur q only for ur opponent to maximize ur bullying so learn to farm with vlad's AAs
after wave crashed u wanna last hit minions or match the opponents AA ( usually u wont need that because they'll be dumb to do it cause u must punish them HARD )
and then u can set up a freeze and farm and try to deny him as much cs as possible, the second he decides to roam pool the wave and recall, or look for vision or something idk,
vs ranged: for ranged its more skill based, u must rush swifties as early as possible and play with ur jukes and q, remember ur damage increases as u get lower in health so i dont want u to have beta mentality u specially if u're low elo hard trade and look for all ins, u can waste ghost to get an important empowered Q, that will give the necessary lead in lane u must keep that in mind, u want to keep the wave even in most scenarios other than that its situational u should learn about it,
u should ward properly, thats all im gonna say since u can learn this else where, this will give u enough information on if u wanna fight 1V2 can u kill ur enemy mid while jngler is coming, thats the best bait, the enemy mid thinks him and jngler will kill u, if he was low hp enough, u can bait him and jngler into going into you, then u in and out with ur ghost (flash if u need to dodge) and say goodbye while watching them KNEELING TO VLAD.

BLOOD LORD DOMINATION
the mission is to recall with a lot of gold leaad, thats what will snowball the laning phase very quickly, u should start out pushing him while heavy trading with him, u can sustain till u can look for dive under tower, thats where the magic come, vlad is one of the best divers in this game u can look to even dive 1V2 with his jngler and get out without dying, you have pool which u should know when to pool dont pool at the first turret hit like a beta, try to tank as much damage as possible so u can hit ur empowered q at the end and have enough hp to go out with tanking on turret hit,
you have Movement speed which is the most broken stat by far in league of legends, invisibility fell of a lil bit but its still strong too,
use ur ms well, a good positioning in lane and teamfights is crucial, u can engage 1V5 fights without even taking any damage thats how i come back to pool usage, use it on key enemy abilities that could lead to stopping ur rampage on them,
for fights u usually take care of the adc or midlaner since they all most of the time the squichies, if they are all squichies but deal lots of damage, u must not engage first in a fight let them drain their key abilities and ultimates, then engage on them grouped dont target isolated or one single champion, in these types of situations u must play around ur summoners, because with ur ghost or flash or them both, u can reach wherever you want,
speaking of MS, invest in dark seal, mejais gives extra ms with the swifties passive with cosmic with ghost with nimbus cloak, its very op, u must take it almost every single game specially now that im talking about vlad mid, u must not die a lot anyway, focus cs lane domination, yes you stay on the verge of death often with this playstyle but thats what it takes to dominate, if u do dominate games, they can be ended before 25 mins, the rest is just simple macro.
