I think xin can either be build tank or damage. it really depens if you're fed or not.

+0.95 Attack damageI pick this rune for extra damage since xin early has a lot of power i utilise that by getting these runes
+1.7 Attack speedXin's gank really depend on the fact if you can get your knock up off, so therefore some more attack speed
+1.41 armorFor that extra jungle resistance some armor seals
+1.34 magic resistFor that extra resistance when ganking that mid laner
+1.5% movement speedif you want to be effective in ganking you need some movespeed to get to lanes fast. so therefore take movement speed quintessences
